✧ About Me

I was born to create. So let me help you bring your vision to life ✧

Hi, I’m Caterina — a freelance Creative Director based in Montreal with over 9+ years of experience across fashion, beauty, and creative industries, working across client brands, independent projects, campaigns, and production.

I’m the creative behind Middle Names Gia.

Middle Names Gia is my creative persona and a living archive of my work — a collection of past projects, ongoing explorations, and future creative worlds brought to life through direction, production, and design.

The name comes from the belief that everything beautiful happens in between — in the quiet details, the unexpected moments, and the space where ideas begin to take shape.

At its core, it’s an extension of who I am. I’m drawn to turning ideas and emotion into visual worlds that feel intentional, aesthetic, and alive.

I work with brands, creatives, and businesses through creative direction, photoshoot production, brand consulting, and event design—helping shape concepts from first idea to final execution.

✧ What I Do

I work on:

  • Creative & Art direction for photoshoots and campaigns

  • Concept development and mood boards

  • Brand storytelling and visual strategy

  • Production support and shoot coordination

  • Creative consulting for launches and content creation

  • Elevated brand & personal event design

✧ How I Work

I start with feeling, not visuals.

Before creating anything, I take the time to understand the meaning, purpose, and intention behind a project—what it represents, what it wants to communicate, and what we want people to feel when they experience it.

From there, I translate that feeling into a clear creative direction: shaping the tone, mood, visual language, and details that bring the story to life.

I believe the strongest creative work comes from finding what makes a brand unique and creating a world that feels true to its identity—not simply following what’s already being done. Every concept should have its own perspective, personality, and reason for existing.

I’m drawn to work that feels intentional, atmospheric, and thoughtfully considered—where every element has a purpose and every detail contributes to the bigger story.
